Thanks to Indigio and the Denver Botanic Gardens, our family enjoyed a night out that was tough to beat.
With a bad seat impossible to find, the sounds of New Orleans were up close at the Denver Botanic Gardens Concert with Dr. John and the Neville Brothers. The subdued crowd sipped wine and enjoyed elegant picnic food. Dr. John used his dueling pianos to get the crowd moving.

Not long ago, Disaboom (the premier Online Community and Information Resource for people affected by disability) came to Indigio to have us help them with doing some usability studies on their site. Scott Holdeman went right into action and set up Scripting, Project Plans and Questionnaires for the Usability tests. He is a wonderful moderator and really gets the participants to discuss the site.
Our first series of tests were last month and the recommendations were put into action right away on the disaboom.com site. The tests this month were focused on the Heath and Living Sections of the site. Scott was the moderator again and really showed how usability can help a company gain insight into how users feel about their site.
Thanks to Scott for helping Disaboom in such a positive way!
By the way….the document ISO 9241-11 (1998) Guidance on Usability, also issued by the International Organization for Standardization, defines usability as:
The extent to which a product can be used by specified users to achieve specified goals with effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction in a specified context of use.
