Human Powered MowerLast month I paid $400 for a lawn mower that felt like it was going to break the minute I started using it. I have had several mowers over the years (from a $200 Craftsman to an $800 Honda) and the all stink! In a fit of frustration, I took my “awesome” mower back and bought a non-gas powered reel mower ($130). I have got to say this is the best mower I have ever used. I was able to cut my lawn in less time and best of all, NO GAS!!!!!!!

My wife and I already use washable diapers and we are looking into getting solar panels for our house. My new human powered mower is just one more addition to our green lifestyle.

P.S. For those South Park fans out there, you don’t need to worry about any smug clouds. I still have three gas guzzling cars. :)
