Stereogram Fun Wayne Rodgers

March 1st, 2008

This is for you Ronnie: As a followup to my blog post yesterday, I decided to learn how those Magic-Eye posters are made. I found a great article on wikipedia that tells all about them (they’re called sterograms) and I even created a couple of my own with a program I found on the internet.

Now there is definitely no excuse for there not being a hidden message in the Mike Myers The Love Guru ad. These took me all of 10 seconds to make.

Can anybody tell what they are?

Okay, I stared at each for five minutes and all I got was a headache and I may be crossed-eyed now. Great, thanks Wayne.

    #1 was easy:

    3d floating “INDIGIO”

#2… makes my brain hurt. but I think:

    Mountains?

They’re both pictures of your dog on the phone.

Ok. The first one gives me brain drain. Something popped out in the middle for a second–looked like logs. Or perhaps tootsie rolls–my favorite Halloween candy. Definitely not dead people.

The second I immediately saw. Are you actually an Indigian pilot in disguise?

Okay, the first one says “INDIGIO” from top left to bottom right. The second one is an f-16.
