I came across an interesting new site today – www.jott.com. It is very unique and I think it could catch on. In their own words:

I have already set up Jott so I can send record messages that automatically upload to my Twitter or to my Blog. I like it in cases when I am driving or do not want to try to type something on my Blackberry. I can still get my message out. It is also perfect for sending yourself reminders.
Overall, the site and service are easy-to-use and they get you using Jott almost immediately. Let me know what you think about it.
