Day 1 : Strategy

Speaker Brandon Schauer took us on a wild ride through elements of the Strategy stages of a project. We broke into small groups (5-8) and worked through some interesting (project) discovery exercises. Can’t wait to try some of these out! It’s fascinating to see how others creatively deal with what may seem like a routine process. Haven’t gotten a chance to see much of Vancouver but I did hook up with a few guys last night afterwards. There are a lot of successful and brilliant people who are doing some truly amazing things here. One guy from Ottawa had heard of us!
